Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices and promotions may change, subject to applicable law and any stated promotional terms.

Product availability can change. Inventory information displayed on the website is intended to help customers shop but may be affected by supplier updates, concurrent orders, cancellations, returns, or inventory synchronization.

If a material pricing or availability issue affects an order, we may contact you to explain the available options. If we cannot fulfill a paid order and the order is cancelled, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Shipping and Delivery

OPCBleu.ca ships eligible orders across Canada. Available methods, shipping charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout when available.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates and may vary because of carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, product availability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free shipping is available on eligible orders over $125 CAD before taxes when the qualifying option is offered at checkout.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, together with any rights that apply under Quebec and Canadian consumer protection laws.

11. Manufacturer Products and Warranties

OPCBleu.ca may help customers locate manufacturer information or supporting documentation when reasonably possible, but this assistance does not create a manufacturer affiliation or replace rights provided by applicable law.
