Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping to the United States and other international destinations may be available on select orders.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, including holidays, sales events, and product launches, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship using trusted carriers including Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, and other authorized delivery partners.

  • Quebec & Ontario: 1-2 business days
  • Western Canada: 1-2 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: 2-7 business days
  • Northern & Remote Areas: 5-14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping promotions may be offered on qualifying orders and will be clearly displayed on the website when available.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is submitted, additional shipping fees may apply if the package must be redirected or reshipped. Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to additional handling and shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

OPCbleu.ca is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

Large or Special Order Items

Certain oversized, heavy, or special-order products may require additional shipping fees or longer processing times. Any applicable charges will be communicated prior to shipment.
